Ladies were nice and skilled. Make an appointment for faster service! Never missed or screwed up In the 6 times I got blood drawn.

The technician was like an iceberg cold and not not friendly. I saw her raise her voice to a woman struggling with the self check in.

Quest - and I mean the business of Quest - is a drag, "a well-known drag," to quote George Harrison in "A Hard Day's Night." He was referring to a trendy model, but still, he had the perfect description for something that is pathetic. Quest doesn't care about you, they care about your money. Moo. Moo. That's what the patients are to them - cattle. The women who work there are caring, nice, and professional, though.

After reading the reviews I got scared of going there. I said a prayer, walked in and got helped by Tammy who was fast, professional, smiley and very pleasant. I did hear, though, the other lady being a little rude. I'm just glad my prayer worked and I got Tammy.

After going here twice in 2016 I have not returned. The employees were disinterested and disaffected. Generally speaking a cold and alienating experience.

Very unhappy woman at the front desk. Her behavior was shocking, rude and condescending. Long dark hair and could be pretty if she stopped scowling and cracked a smile. No "Hello" or "How are you?" Instead she barked instructions at my "Hello" and smile. "Insurance Card and Order." then she interrupted and talked over me when I tried explain my situation. The office was not crowded: 4 people including me, no reason to be so stressed out and mean. For a moment I considered telling the phlebotomist about it, but it was obvious she wasn't happy either. Not unkind, but totally detached, silent for the most part, and no eye contact.I do not expect to be babied at a lab, but some people going there are sick and worried... especially elders. Common courtesy and professionalism should be a given, I know it is at My job. Maybe it is something going on with management that makes the staff so disgruntled, but where was management? Pretty sure I would have gotten a different reception if the boss had been there. The last time I went there I got a call a day later to come back in because they did not have the correct vessel to process my urine sample....Seriously? I didn't report it, because Things Happen, but today was just too much. Next time I will sit at the hospital and wait 5 times longer because at least they treat patients like humans and oh yeah....customers!

Took my teen , autistic child in today. He was already fearful , and the first thing he had to witness was the woman doing check-in being extremely condescending and rude to a customer. ( I don't know the employee's name, but she had long, very dark hair . ). When the customer left, the employee very rudely told me I need to check in using the keypad . I mean, she spoke to me with utter contempt. I politely said , basically, " oops!", And explained I hadn't been there in years, and you used to sign in on paper. Her response? VERY rude, " we haven't had that in a year", with the tone of voice that communicated that I am an idiot or a liar. My kid was appalled. I told her that I did not want her to draw his blood, because of her very negative " vibe ", and asked that the other woman do it. Her response? No apology. No change in attitude , nor tone of voice . Just nastiness and sarcasm. Mind you, I had first tried putting her at ease by asking how her day was. SUCH a rude response, like a snotty highschool girl .UNPROFFESSIONAL. WE WILL NEVER RETURN.

Very frustrating phone access. Once I finally got to a real person, he was very rude, interrupted and did not solve my problem.
