Two weeks later no results. Cannot get anyone to answer the phone. Have to get the blood work done again, somewhere else.

I visited Quest to have some blood work done for my daughter. When I walked in, I was greeted by a lovely young lady named Chandria. She was very Polite, Professional and a great multitasker. We waited approximately fifteen minutes. I definitely will have all of my tests done at the Hatfield Lane location.

Yes, the front desk in Goshen is more than rude...they are less than professional they created a confrontational situation too ridiculous to elaborate on this forum.. will follow up with formal letter to company.. It is unfortunate that this is the only place my insurance covers. Not even worth a one star rating, but technology will not let me post without checking a star... HAHA

Worst lab. Charged me triple the amount of another lab for the same procedure one month apart! Even charged me more than my doctor visit and treatments preformed by the office by almost double! Waited over 20 minutes to dispute the bill. Avoid this lab!

Brought my elderly mother to have a urine test and blood draw. The phlebotomist was rude and condescending to both of us and it felt downright confrontational. It’s unfortunate that this is the lab my mother’s insurance pays for.

I just went in for some blood work. I didn't have an appointment and waited for less than ten minutes. The woman was very nice and helpful and told me that they'd be able to fax the results to my doctor as I requested. I verified my insurance information with her and was not asked for a credit card number.

This was my first, and last visit to Quest. I was overcharged for my copay and now have to fight to get it back. I was told that I HAD to give a credit card up front before they would do my bloodwork. I was hesitant because this seems very shady, but the person there didn't care about my hesitation and kept saying I would not be charged more than my copay, and that I couldn't have anything done if I didn't provide it. Well, guess what? I was overcharged by $40 a month later. I never received an invoice, just a credit card charge for the wrong amount. I now had to waste my time to call customer support and they don't even show in their system that my card was charged. Now I have to send them my credit card statement (via snail mail because the billing department for some reason doesn't have email), and wait up to 2 weeks (AFTER they receive it, whenever that will be) for a possible refund. I am skeptical that they will even give me a refund because again, their system does not show that I was charged, even though it's clearly there on my statement. Sadly, I am sure I will be calling back in 3 weeks to get another run around.NOTE: customer service told me that they cannot force you to give a card up front and if it happens again to call the billing department while I'm at the facility (wait on hold for 10 minutes, mind you) just to let them know they can go ahead without it. Save yourself the headache and try this, or better yet, do what I'll be doing and just go somewhere else from now on.This is absolutely sickening that they can get away with this. In my 15 years of having bloodwork done at several different laboratories, I have never had to give a card up front, and have never been charged incorrectly either.
