The staff at the Gilroy site are consistently kind, patient, and hardworking. I have a standing order for monthly lab work, and yes, there are times when the place is full, and the wait is long, the staff has no control over this. I have witnessed patients being disrespectful to staff, leaving trash behind in the waiting area, and leaving the restroom in complete disarray. I appreciate that these ladies work so hard!

I made an appointment and had to wait for 30 minutes to pee in a cup. The place was very dirty. The people working look like they just came out of prison. Never again

Giving one star as couldn't found less than that! There closing timings endorsed are M-F 4:00pm but they closed at 3:45pm. Tried knocking from outside as there were talking noises from inside as door was locked but they donot opened! I drove almost 2 hrs to drop my samples and these guys are just!!!!!!! No words
