I highly recommend this place! Friendly and professional staff, beautiful and clean lab, and efficient. In the details below, I address some concerns from other reviews and more details as to why I rated 5 stars. 0) The location is off in google maps. This Quest Diagnostics is technically located between ALDI and Pizza Hut. My first time here I was driving around trying to find it!1) There is no front staff to answer any phone calls for this location. The first time I called (6 months ago), the phone wasn't even working. I called other Quest Diagnostics location and debated on going somewhere else, but it was further. After much deliberation, I finally just decided to drive to this location and realized there was no one at the front desk. Some of the staff who takes care of the patients may answer a call, but that seems unlikely. Also, when I called for my second visit (march 2018), the phone was working and to book an appointment, you have to go through an automated message and it said there was no availability for the same day. I drove there regardless (2nd visit thus far, knew the process) and was done in 30 minutes. So, I wouldn't trust the appointment phone service as much if you need more immediate assistance. 2) As you soon as you walk in, make sure to enter your information near the front desk at the touch-screen (I believe it is at all medical centers now? It asks for your full name, date of birth, if you made an appointment and maybe address if it's your first time.) If you do not do this, you will not be called! Once you are done, your estimated time to be seen is displayed at the TV screen. Please note, if you don't know how to do this, there isn't someone at the front desk to help you. You will need to wait till someone comes to check in another client to ask for help (or maybe knock the door to the staff?) On my first time, I was called before another individual, and apparently, that individual didn't enter his information. 3) The seating / waiting room is so beautifully designed (relaxing green modern style). It feels like it has been recently remodeled or updated. The staff office / lab and restroom also feels remodeled and more importantly, clean. 4) This whole process is efficient. After checking in around 9AM, I had to wait around 12 minutes (My first time here I was waiting around 3 minutes, also around 9 AM). The whole process from checking in to leaving took around 30 minutes and included two different tests.5) The staff is very friendly and professional (same one both times!) The staff will make small conversation but also be focused in entering the information in the system. I felt the staff knew what he/she was doing, and it was pretty pleasant considering it was for lab work. Overall, I highly recommend! My only concern is once I post this review, more people will come and it will be busy ;)

This is not the closest Quest to me but it’s the best Lab to have your blood drawn. Clean areas, efficient, experienced staff.

Worst experience ever! Wait time said 45 minutes upon arrival. Didn’t get my blood taken till over 2 hours later. Don’t come here!

They do not follow any infection control standards in terms of client care and hand hygiene. When requested they will get an attitude. Will be finding out who their accreditors are and ensuring they investigate their practices.

Excellent place to go for this stuff. It was clean and the folks were nice. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes.
