I don’t know where all this negativity is coming from .I was there for the first time today .1:15 pm Arrived : NO Appointment.Place was empty except for 3 enployes that I saw .A few patients came in soon after me .With a friendly comment and smile Karen put me in a room immediately ,while she called my NYC Dr. for correct coding .I told her that drawing blood from me was always a problem but she got it in the first try And it was virtually painless .She has been there 5 years and knows how to meet the needs of the patient .Yes . This location deserves 5 Stars !
