Andrew is the best. I had to have a lot of bloodwork done, and the other phlebotomist was initially was quite overwhelmed, but Andrew efficiently entered every test into the system, and made sure they were all entered correctly. I have had bad experiences with other phlebotomists rushing through the check-in process, not taking time to read what is on the doctor's script, and as a result of their haste, ordering the wrong tests. Andrew was so pleasant to work with, all phlebotomists should strive to emulate his quality of care. Thank you, Andrew!
