I was a walk-in, no appointment. I signed in on the kiosk and sat down to wait. A minute later I was called to the reception desk where the phlebotomist verified my information they had on file. She was very personable and made me feel comfortable and got me talking easily. I generally don't like to talk to people I don't know, so that was an accomplishment in itself. I'm almost always a tough draw and she got my vein on the first stick without any working the needle around. If I wasn't watching I wouldn't have known that she had already stuck me. In and out in under 5 minutes. Definitely will return to this location in the future.
