Feedback:

I visited for3 hours glucose test very nice place treated well and both employees are very helpful . I am satisfied with service.

This is the most friendly and comfortable lab. Claudia is without a doubt the kindest and gentlest person I have met. She is helpful and makes you feel at home!

Nightmare visit so far. Waited over a hour before being called despite a waiting room that was fairly light. Finally had my name called then I was informed I had to wait longer because I needed a urinalysis and they’re doing blood tests. Estimated another 30 minutes wait with only 3 other people in the waiting room. Poor customer service.

First time visit. I was the only patient at 0700. Claudia was very friendly and efficient. Hard to find because the medical building it is in has no clear markings. Will come back.

I was required by my new employer to get a drug screen done at Quest in Exton Pa on Welsh Road. I am currently in the waiting room and this is my 4th visit. I cannot go after work since they close at 3p so my only option is before work. The 3 previous times I waited for about 45 minutes and had to leave to go to work. This morning I showed up just after 7a and waited for an hour and a half and again had to leave. Each time I have been there, there has only been 1 employee working. While in the waiting room I looked online to see if I could book an appointment for later in the week and there were no morning appointment times available. Super disappointed in the speed and customer service provided at this location. I will have to try another location yet again another morning.

I’ve been sick with food poisoning for 1 1/2 weeks. I’ve been waiting for test results for 6 days from this lab. I know for a fact that campylobacter and salmonella cultures do not take this long. There’s no way to reach a human by phone. I’m terribly disappointed over the lack of care...

Waiting time was minimal but blood test was horrific arm still painful. One girl was pleasant but the girl that took care of me had no command of the english language or anything else. Will not see me again!!!!

Update: Went back this morning for more blood work. There were two very kind and quick people working there. I was in and out within 15 minutes, so I've added another star, as clearly the gap in service seemed to be a one-time thing. Dolly was super friendly, kind, and personable.I come to this Quest office fairly often. However, this morning was a complete nightmare. There was a full waiting room, and I didn't have an appointment. I expected to wait. There were two women working, so I figured I'd be out in about an hour or so. I was so wrong. The one woman got up and started criticizing the woman who was trying to work. Then, the same woman was berating her co-worker started complaining that she had an appointment at 11:00 and had to leave. At this point, I'd been there about 20 minutes, and not one new person had been called to the desk to get their blood work done...because one woman was working and the other was complaining. The complainer slipped and mentioned that she had to get to a job interview...in front of waiting room of about 9 or so people. Then, that woman, the one who berated the woman who was working/complaining that she had to leave, left. I was there for about 2 1/2 hours from arrival to when I finally left. The woman who was working there was super sweet and apologetic. Honestly, I felt badly for her because she was working as hard and as quickly as she could, but she was alone because this other woman literally got up and left for a job interview.I've been to this office so many times, and usually it's a quick in and out experience with kind people. However, with this experience, I am not feeling so positive any longer...not to mention, I was only there because I had to get my blood work re-done because the woman who did it 2 weeks ago used the wrong tubes...and yes, I was charged another co-pay for this visit, as well. So, I'm not feeling too great about them right now.

I went in with no appointment and I did get there early before it opened. I was done by 7 o'clock which was a half an hour and the attendant was very pleasant it was very easy. My wife is been the other ones in the area that were very slow and the people were not very nice. Not the case with this one
