I have no idea why this place has such bad reviews. I almost didn't go to this location because of the reviews but I decided to take a chance and I'm glad I did. The staff was extremely nice and great with my daughter. They were on time for my appointment and made sure I was taken before a walk in. It was an excellent experience. Also the staff informed me that they're #1 in customer satisfaction in their region and were shocked when I brought up the reviews. I highly recommend this location.

A lab that respect your busy life, i call that B.S, is it me or the whole Quest network in all states are so bad... been in nyc same bad service.STAY AWAY FROM QUEST DIAGNOSTICS AT ALL COST.Pure waste of time, was there twice in two different days, 1 hour hour each day for a simple blood test, my wife felt she was being discriminated for being hispanic, and left her in a room for over 30 minutes doing nothing and letting all other patients go in front of her.If you can go to a Reading lab to do the work u need.

Took my son for testing. The 2 women not only comforted me but took A++ care of my son. Made an appointment and got right in. Gave us a minute in the room after to calm and get together. Will definitely use in the future!!

Don't know ladies name. But a Black Women who was gonna give me my drug test couldnt figure out my script to get the drug test. I asked if sshe could call my doctor to figure out what kind of test was to be done as doctor forgor to write it on script. She then said to me infront of a customer to go try to scam someone else. My doctor will be calling her superiors with proof this was a valid script and that calling me a scammer is very unprofessional. I will never use quest again due to rude lady i dealt with.
