I have never been to Quest before. Just moved here from St. Louis and LabCorp was always closer to me. I looked up LabCorp on Google and the reviews all had only 1 or 2 stars for feedback on each of their three locations (I don't expect people to take the time to give good feedback) but that was ridiculous. Quest had 3.4 average and actually were closer so I went there (if it were further I still would've gone because of the higher average feedback).Donna called me in and took my information and then back to the room to take my blood. I was waiting for the needle, something I hate terribly. I had to look up because I didn't feel anything. Donna did an amazing job, I was so happy you wouldn't believe. Also, I am extremely hard to find a place to get the blood as most people have to stick me a few times until they get it (and no, I'm not that bad a guy) I would go back to Quest if just to get Donna to draw my blood. Also, she was very friendly as was the other woman there. Nice waiting area as well.UPDATE: I've been back 5 times since this review (my doctor likes to have my blood drawn every 3 months, he must be a vampire). Anyway, I've had different techs there each time, and they are all great. Been a year and a half and they still get 5 stars from me.

Can't talk to anyone on the phone to ask questions so they waste my time.

Sitting here in the waiting room watching how rude these girls are that are checking people in.. it's sad when an elderly person asks you a question and you put a finger up to him to tell him you weren't speaking to him. I will not return to this lab, I rather pay my lab bill out of pocket than go where my insurance referred me.

Very efficient and pleasant. Appointment times are pretty much right on time, which says a lot when snowbird season is here.

My wife had a appointment scheduled for 9:15 to get blood work. The front desk help was rude. The technician was not properly trained and then to add insult to injury they told my wife to come back excuse they closed at 10:00. So ridiculous never coming here again!!!!

This place is the worst place you can come if you don’t have an appointment I have been here over an hour now and keep getting pushed back just here for a 5 minute drug test also they are rude at the front desk

went there a few times. after appointment things running quickly and professional. by the way, super great people....treat other people like you would like to be treated
