The workers here apparently have no idea what they’re doing. The woman kept checking her notes and constantly needed help from another worker. They both seemed panicked. Due to an error at the lab, my test was canceled. I now have to take time out of another one of my work days to retake the test. Ridiculous!

I had a 10:15 appt but needed to fast and I was awake by 6:30 I got dressed and rushed over to office with only 1 other person sitting around 7:15 the screen said as a walk in I'd wait 5 minutes which overall was 15 mins (not terrible) and nobody that came after was shoved infront of me 😁 I was on my way home by 7:45. Not a bad experience at all

Walked in and there was no one in the office. I knocked on the counter to see if anyone was around and a very irate woman came out and accosted me for knocking and not knowing the sign in procedure (that wasn't posted) at a place I've never been before. The person who did my blood draw was nice and professional tho.

My husband went there for blood draw. He told them all of his testing might not be in computer, he had the scripts in hand. He was told they were( clearly tech was psyhic because she never looked at scripts). Of coarse she was wrong. I went in to verify if all labs completed and they were not. My husband was so ill my son had driven him to office that day before. I asked if the nine vials of blood from day before could be used in the tests still needed. They told me they didn't know, i could call this one or that one, then brought me into back to let me talk w Carmen, the phlebotomist who had drew his blood. She started arguing with me that my husband said everything was in computer. I asked her how he could possibly know what was in computer and a professional should have checked. It was decided he needed to get second round of blood drawn and l asked for them to set it up for him at Hauppauge location. They said they did and to ask for Brianna when he got there. Of coarse no one was called and he got to wait again. The man was being tested for autoimmunes and leukemia as l told them not cholesterol. This was very important. She told me cholesterol is important too. There are plent of quests. Try not to frequent these morons.

As a requirement for employment at the pharmacy I work for and for promotions there I had to take a drug test here. The wait wasn't too long about 5 to ten minutes. The staff I encountered where all friendly and and pleasant to deal with. Would recommend over similar facilities.
