I tried to call for pricing for tests that my Dr. recommended, it went to voicemail, so I went there in person. The very large woman at the desk had a bad attitude. Her exchange with me was very unprofessional, I ended up leaving, and as I did she called out tauntingly- 'Have a nice day!' This company needs to know the extent of the venom their vermon has!

I know people have their frustrations with Quest, but I had a great experience here. I brought in my feisty 2-year-old son, and the lady drawing the blood, Jen, was so gentle and precise that she got the sample with no fussing or crying. Also, maybe because it was early morning, but I walked in, checked in with no problem in 10 seconds, and got right in with no wait. Excellent service, five stars, thank you Jen!
