I have been to this location several times. Used to be great but the last 3 times, we have had the same phlebotomist, Diane. She is extremely rude every time and gives everyone attitude. She is also not well educated in all aspects of the job. We will be finding another lab!

I took a family member here for lab work and we had a nice experience. I was surprised at the negative reviews posted previously as this was not our experience. We did not have much of a wait, we were greeted professionally, and the lab tests were done correctly for us.

Went in for a drug screening and the employees just seemed to not know how to handle customer flow. Two other walk in appointments left before I was even taken back because they could not prioritize appropriately. I recommend going to one of the other facilities in the area.

Great experience Took great care of our son. Right in, all data correct , clean , pleasant, first try and quick. Diane held his hand and talked him through it. Thanks!

This is my go to lab for bloodwork and mainly because of Diane. She makes it a pleasurable experience even though I hate getting blood drawn.

Very bad and rude behaviour. I went there at 6:59 AM for 7 AM appointment and they informed that I was not on time and had to wait for nearly an hour to get my blood drawn

Walked in at 6:30 am, out at 6:50. Diane was very helpful with paperwork and I did not even feel the blood draw!

The ONLY worker who was there was nice, BUT this company needs to better staff their labs. There was a waiting room full of people, they allow you to schedule appointments every 15 minutes, but you STILL wait an hour past appointment time to get in. Go in without an appointment? I waited 2 hours. Go in with an appointment? Wait an hour to an hour and a half PAST your time. Its crazy. Better staff your labs QUEST, you certainly are getting enough money from my insurance company!!
