I scheduled an appointment through the website for a pre-employment drug screen for a candidate. I received the confirmation and sent the candidate there only to arrive and find out that they do not allow any kind of testing without a prior account set up (taking 2-3 days to complete) or a Dr.'s order. I have never heard of this and I do not understand why appointments are allowed to be made if they aren't really appointments that can be utilized. This was extremely poor customer service and looked poorly on myself as the scheduler as well.

No one answers the phone or will greet you at the desk. The waiting time is ridiculous.

Don't even feel the stick. These girls are very accurate and im a tough one to do.
