They don't open on time and make you wait forever. Not to mention, terribly under staffed.Nobody in line, STILL waiting 20 minutes! I can hear employeese chatting in the back, but no one to even sign me in or do intake. ItsI a ghost town in heteandh i still can't get blood drawn!

Service a disaster. Time estimates on screen meaningless. Staff rude and refuse to smile. Talknon stop to one another about nothing while i wait.Never again.

Maureen is the best tech! Super sweet, organized, and skilled so that you really don’t even notice or feel it as she takes out blood. This is the best Quest location in my opinion. They get walk-ins in quick on off hours.

Made an appointment online and was in and out before the time. They run a tight ship there meaning they're not overstaffed. The phlebologists themselves check you in, so nobody may be at the desk when you walk in. Simply sign your name on the clipboard straight ahead from the entrance and wait. Make an appointment online! It's easy. I must say that the cleanliness of the place needs a little work. It feels dirty, but the drawing of blood is what it is and of course to medical standards.

Waited over an hour for a scheduled appointment. Then had my appointment crossed out, saying I did not make one. Multiple people had this happen to them while I was waiting, in addition to multiple people walking out. Understaffed and poor service.

These phlebotomists are great! Maureen and Luz are real pros at what they do. I go there anytime I need my blood drawn.
