Feedback:

The person who seemed in charge was more than nice. The technician who took care of me wasn’t very welcoming. Barely said a word. But what really made me give a poor review was the restroom. No waste basket, no soap, no paper towels. I was glad to see the toilet paper roll. So how is this possible in a restroom where you are collecting urine? Can’t properly wash your hands. Very, very concerning....The manager in charge needs to do something about this, NOW!

Staff unwilling to help any patient. I would never return to this location. The location on 40th street is much nicer and staff and fantastic.

I've been coming here for many years for all sorts of blood tests. Quick, fast, painless as it should be. Furthermore, there is a roaster and toasters next door.

I went to this location today and this is the only place I will go in the future. I had an appointment and waited less than five minutes. The Phlebotomist that took my blood, Humberto, was very professional and friendly. The place was very clean. I was out of there in less than 15 minutes. High praises to Humberto.

The website shows the Lab hours from 6:30am to 3:00pm. I arrived 2:35pm and found two other frustrated clients at closed door. In the door is written that the Lab closes at 2:30pm. One lady opened the door to tell us in rude manner that the Lab was closed and asked us to blame on the website.If they keeping treating customers this way, this place will be closed soon.

rudest most unprofessional employees i have ever come across in my life. from the individuals working the counter shouting at people like they have something better to do to the ones conducting the lab-work treating people like they are inconveniencing them. customer service is a foreign language here.

This place is a joke. Place is empty @10:05 on a Saturday , I walk in and the staff tells me no walk ins are accepted on weekends and that they close at 10:30 am when the website clearly states 11:00 am. Bad business!!! Exactly what happening in our country today, everyone wants to make money but no one wants to work. Sad.

Expect to wait 4x as long as they say you will. No one speaks English. This office has no front desk staff all on computer.
