They cost me $500 in HSA money because the blond desk girl said I had to go to a Dr. to do my health check. That was completely false as they do them for UHC. Thanks for costing me 500 dollars and wasting my whole morning.

Good, quick service. Customers of United health care, and other insurance, please make certain services are covered. We ended up with over 200$ bill because United doesn't have a contract with Quest. Lesson learned...

This facility is clised everyday from 12 - 1 PMThey do not post it on their website.It is a disservice to pts and causes my patients to wait in hot weather wasting gas.Update your sustems and post right timings
