Awful experience. Had normal weekly draw at Sutter lab which I informed tech. Tech mumbling and fumbling. Stuck me twice. Did not mind 2 sticks but first stick wasn't taking and he kept going deeper and deeper. So much so, arm still throbbing from 8 a.m. draw, and now 2pm. Will never return there and will inform doctor of such an unpleasant experience. Thank you.
