This place does not close at 4:30 PM. It closes at 1:30. Waste of a whole trip. Of course there’s no way to get a hold of anybody at the actual location via the phone tree. What a waste of an afternoon

Been several times for blood work and ultra sounds. Professional and timely, never a problem.

I would not recommend going to this location. If you have the choice to go somewhere else you should. The phlebotomist that helped me was rude, unfriendly and seemed generally annoyed to be there. Not a good experience.

I attempted to go to this location for a pre-employment drug screening. This location does not accommodate drug screenings. It would be nice if I was called out a little more clearly on the website.
