Feedback:

1.5 hours in the waiting room and counting 8 people served.

Feedback:

I had test done on September 13th it is now September 17th and haven't heard anything about. My test results. This is my first and last time I use Quest Diagnostics.

Feedback:

The waiting times pisted are simply made up. I have been waiting 35 minutes but the posted wait time is 3 minutes. They should be more respectful of people's time and be honest about wait times.

Feedback:

Absolutely horrible...over an hr long wait for a urine drug screen.

Feedback:

I absolutely love this place. These people are Amazing! In past years I’ve had a lot of problems with blood draws bc of what they call rolling veins, making it very hard to draw blood. After going to Quest, I won’t go anywhere else. No matter who the tech is, They never have a problem and I never feel the stick. Kudos to you, Quest Diagnostics in Carlisle, PA! *If you don’t want to wait, I suggest making an appointment.

Feedback:

I am a hard stick and they work very hard to not bruise me and they are all usually very kind.

Feedback:

Way too long to wait for a simple lab stick. Was the 6th person in line and waited for an hour for the five in front of me to work through. Asked the tech when I was taken back if they were short staffed and she said no which tells me that is always all the better they can move.

Feedback:

The wait is really long. Way longer than they tell you the wait time is going to be. Also, the employees talk very loudly and none stop. In sure if they stopped talking they could get their work done faster.

Feedback:

Love this place. People are so nice

Feedback:

All I’ve had is bad experiences with this place. There’s been times where I’ve had to get blood work done a second time because they either lost it or had it sitting out, another time where I had something wrong with my throat and the test results came back negative- however, my test results were just sitting out and we’re not refrigerated like they were supposed to be so idek if it really was negative or not. Just recently was my worst experience- I came in to get my blood drawn and I’m not a “fun patient” when it comes to that because I have terrible veins so I need to use the butterfly needle, and I have to lay down or I will pass out. Granted, I forgot to tell them that I need a butterfly needle but either way the entire time she made me feel like I was a terrible patient, saying things like “you really need to calm down.” “It’s only going to make it worse and I’m not going to get any blood if you’re breathing like that”, “the blood keeps starting and stopping”. Usually, I’m used to the phlebotomist talking to me about other things to get my mind off the fact that my blood is being drawn. The worst part is that she poked me a second time- WITHOUT even telling me. I didn’t even know the first needle was out and all of a sudden I felt a second needle going in. Don’t they need your permission to do that? My arm was already sore enough and I have no idea why she thought that was a good idea. The phlebotomist wasn’t able to get ANY blood and never once in my life has that happened. Anywhere else I’ve been, even if I’m crying, the phlebotomist has been able to get blood.Such a waste of time- 2 needles in my arm for absolutely no reason. The phlebotomist I had there really needs to find another job if she can’t even get my blood and that’s all she had to do.
