Unfriendly staff. Unnecessarily long wait times. Phone just beeps "busy" so you can't even set an appointment.

I use to come to this office for every test but after my last experience with my daughter, we won’t be returning. Your staff is RUDE. Their job is to serve and help the public and they can’t even do that. We were made to feel as if we were a burden and were causing them to actually work. They had no manners, gave attitude and acted as if they didn’t want to assist us. I work in healthcare and this staff is an embrassment to your establishment. Maybe you should consider doing a house cleaning and hire all new staff. And by reading the recent reviews, my review shouldn’t come as a surprise.

Awful. I went in and got blood taken and I fainted for the first time ever. Staff was super rude and made me feel like such a burden and openly talked about how annoyed they were to deal with me towards the end of their day.

I have used Quest Diagnostics several times in the past but my last visit, several days ago, will be my final experience there. To sum it up: the facility is unsanitary and potentially dangerous. The toilet in the bathroom was covered with urine and feces. I would expect this in a port a potty, but not in a facility that is supposed to collect and evaluate urine samples. After I figured out how to urinate in the cup without touching any part of the toilet, I was told they were out of lids for the cups. This meant I had to place my open cup next to others. When I looked in the large trash can to the left (also with no lid), I saw other urine cups discarded with no biohazard label and urine drops still present in the cups. I should have left at this point. When I went to have my blood drawn, I noticed the labels for the person ahead of me (Eugene) still not been placed on the blood. The lady who drew my blood wore gloves and the process was painless. I also watched her label my blood so I’m confident mine didn’t get mixed up with Eugene’s blood (for the record I do not know this person but could easily find on the internet since his personal information was quite visible). I’m just praying the needles were clean.

Sabrina was GREAT. I normally have to have my blood drawn from my hands, slower and more painful. But she had no problem finding a good one in my arm and sticking me once. Almost completely painless. She was also super nice and professional.

My daughter just had her blood drawn at this location and fainted. She called me from HER CAR & still sounded woozy, asking if I could come pick her up because she didn't feel safe to drive. (I sent my husband, as he was closer) BUT I AM LIVID that this lab allowed her to leave their office w/o establishing that she was ok to do so!!! No head between her knees, no cold compress to the back of her neck, not even a bit of apple juice!!! NO ASSISTANCE WHAT-SO-EVER!!! They did NOT stay with her for 5 minutes, let alone 15-30, as most labs stipulate FOR SAFETY in their policy & procedures!!!! They moved her out of the room and walked away!!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE AND INSANELY NEGLIGENT!!!

My 1st time here. Wonderful experience. Would absolutely recommend and will request 2 use this location again. Everyone was soo nice and Sabrina was amazing. Made me feel so welcome and relaxed. Highly recommend.

Had an appointment... showed up 20 minutes before my appointment.... at my appointment time their wait time ticket said it would be 20 minutes after my appointment time until they could see me.... waited 10 more minutes then I left.... walk ins that had checked in after me had shorter wait time then me who had an appointment .... what it the point is having us make appointments if you are going to put us at the end of the list anyways

Bad experience all around. Said I had a $100 copay which I do not. Taped and cottoned my arm but didn’t gauze wrap it, since pressure wasn’t placed immediately my arm bruised and is very sore where the draw took place. I’ve never had these issues at the other blood labs I have been to. I will never go back here again. Workers were more concerned about their computer systems then actually caring for the patients.
