This Quest is in a very nice location. It’s also part of a quaint strip mall, with a few higher end stores, like a spa, a few clothing boutique, liquor store, smoke shop, local pharmacy (who are very helpful and very friendly. Family owned!). Right down the road, you will find Peddlers Village (a must visit!). This Quest, you open the doors to a large open waiting room (very clean, but somewhat bare). There’s a desk in the back and you give the nurse your info and you wait your turn on one of the hard chairs that are lined all around the big room, with nothing in the middle, just flat carpet, nothing interesting on the walls, and no good music to listen to. Sometimes the wait can be a bit long, but that’s not too often. I do believe they should get at least one more nurse on staff though, because people shouldn’t wait, and many people who go there may be sick and not feeling well shouldn’t have to wait. I also feel they should get more comfy furniture, and make it look nicer in there. These are just small things though. Nothing major. Oh, I don’t like how the entire place closes during lunch break when many clients need to come in at lunch. The nurses should scatter their times and not eat together and leave the place open for the clients. Not close in the middle of the day. My biggest problem. All in all, this is the best Quest I have ever been to. The staff is very friendly. They try to get to know you by name (if they don’t get switched around), and they treat you with the utmost respect! I really do love how clean it is in there. I really do recommend this Quest.

I've never had a bad experience yet. The phlebotomist isnt the friendliest person but I'm always in and out rather quick. The one on doylestown is HORRIBLE. INwaited there +hr, left, and went to buckingham

Why is it that only the people with a problem write? i've been going to this location for years, since it's closest to my home and work, and the only issue is the occasional wait (though we can now make an appointment). There's nothing pleasant about getting stuck and giving up blood, or not being able to eat before going. But that's not their fault. This place does a fine job.
