THIS LOCATION APPEARS TO HAVE SHUT DOWN! I had a 1pm appointment and showed up 5 minutes early. There were no signs, and when a woman told me where to go the door was locked. I tried calling the number several times but it was disconnected. I’m not sure why Quest is still allowing people to book appointments at closed locations.

Service is slow, staff is somewhat unprofessional. When I went in I had to get a kit to take home for test. The staff didn't tell me the instructions and told me to just figure it out by myself. Also told me to bring it back whenever and don't need to make an appointment. She also told me that I can cut the line because I'm just dropping off sample. I came back and ended up waiting for 40mins to drop off my sample because no one is at the front desk and the staff in the back told me to wait for someone to help me. Just a very unpleasant experience overall. The staff here seemed unmotivated with no empathy.

They gave me the WRONG TEST. I went there for a pre-employment drug test. I signed in for that test at the kiosk. The receptionist asked what I was there for and I told her. When I went back, I asked if they needed to see the paperwork I was required to print out. She said "nope you're in the system". She just starts tying my arm up for a blood test without telling my what or why. Turns out, she did a test my doctor had sent over which I did not want to get done at that time. Because of this MAJOR mistake, I technically never submitted the MANDATORY drug test for my job. Thanks for your "professionalism"

Commuted there during lunch break (for drug test), got there at 1PM. Self-checkin, only 3 or so people ahead of me. Quick and easy, staff was nice, was out in about 15-20 minutes. So... try to get there at 1PM on a Tuesday?

A clean office and environment is ALL they have going for them. Unprofessional staff, Celinna had her friend in the room with me while she got me ready for my pee test. I had never taken one before and she did not give me time to ask questions, she had my personal information open right in front of him. Why wasn’t he in the waiting room? Tried making a phone appointment and it was so unclear and there was no possible way to talk to an operator. Seems like only two people work here. They should not get rid of their desk staff! I have questions and they are thoroughly unfriendly.
