No appointment allowed they say 55 minute wait. I come back in 50 minutes my name is off the schedule and wait 55 minutes again. I say go somewhere else with REAL employees. Belle Vernon is useless.

I walked in at 8:55. Signed in. I'm back in the car at 9:08. I had never been there before. Super smooth. Super easy. Very clean. The phlebotomist was great at her job and very friendly.

This "new" location is better than the old location on Grand Boulevard in Monesson. It's convenient, modern, clean, and the staff are professional and friendly. I have needle anxiety and I try not to have my blood work done anywhere else, if I can help it.
