For all of you people that a complaining and giving few stars get over yourselves. 20 minutes oh my God. Because your useless life is so important haha. You need the tests done you wait period. Get on your stupid phone and entertain yourself like you always do

Ridiculous! Always understaffed and no front desk person. The person who was at the front desk was rude when all I was trying to do was figure out if I should bring my 1 and 3 year old in to wait for an hour and a half after we had already waited an hour. I understand she was probably stressed but that is no excuse to be so rude to me. Who ever runs Quest needs to bring more help in and stop being so cheap.

Got here and the whole place was empty. No one else was being helped but I was there over 20 minutes for a drug screen. Very curt and quick interaction once I was helped.

Clean easy, but theres no front desk people. Its down to an automated system. Only phlebs work here
