Since joining gap professional in Norwich nearly 9 months ago with very little recruitment experience, I have been supported by my Manager Bethany who has given me all of the tools and training that I have needed to become a fantastic Recruitment Consultant. The training process is incredibly thorough, from clients through to candidates and everything in between. I have been given the autonomy to work across any sector I please and as a result I have built some long-lasting business relationships with clients in all industries. I enjoy working for gap professional because I work with some of the best consultants in the industry who teach me new things all of the time and who I now class as friends. It is an incredibly social place to work and I love that our Directors are still so involved in the business. Before joining gap professional, I wasn't sure what career I wanted to pursue however, I now know that the business you work for is a huge part of that decision and gap professional is second to none.

Quattro Recruitment provided me with a first class service from start to finish of my job hunting journey. After my first initial telephone conversation, they invited me in to meet with them. After being put forward to 2 positions they had available and being sent to interview, they remained in constant contact. They called before each interview to offer guidance and interview tips which really made me confident – and good news, I got one of the roles! After being helped by Quattro, I would recommend anyone seeking a job search that wants a personal and productive experience to get in touch. In my many years in my career, this experience was all I could hope - searching and moving on seemed really scary but they made it easy!

I been told that I am a strong candidate and there is a job for me 100%... They look so gently but actually no one in this place cares at all. Actually I was warned by my friends that is an awful agency of recruitment but I was thinking they just had bad luck.My advice if you looking for a new job or to start a new career, Don’t go with Quattro!Really bad customer serviceRidiculous organisation Stressful environment People eating on their desks Unhelpful receptionist I’ve only wasted my time!I Hope this will be helpful for who plans to start working with Quattro

*This review is for quattro recruitment based in Norwich" The worst agency in Norwich, don't trust them they just use you and then forget about you.I been asked by Louise ( which I found out is the manager) to work for a week 25 miles away Norwich for minimum wage pay. (Yeah that's fine, nothing wrong so far)The problem is that she rang me on sunday asking me to start work in this place on Monday and she said: "Please do this favour to me then I'll find something closer and better wage! I promise you!"So... excited about her proposal, I accepted and I went to work all week. ( I would never accepted that if it wasn't this deal between us)On Thursday they didn't call me yet so I decided to text them, so I just asked "where do I work next week?" And they replied to me with a text message that was saying "you'll be working in ...... the name of the place..... 30 miles away from Norwich (more than 1 hours travel with car ) for the same wage or couple of pence more.I wasn't happy, so I been speaking over the phone to them and they said we got a place for you no worries it's couple miles far away from you and good wage. IT IS BEEN 1 month since then and they even don't answer to me anymore.So guys if Quattro has managers like Louise, would you go there to find a job?!

Phoned up several times to enquire about a certain job, no one ever called back. I have yet again applied for the same job and then called them. Spoke to some foreign lady, who asked me to go to the Norwich office, once there asked me for ID like birth certificate and NI number, all of which I can prove on my phone and which have been shown and accepted by other agencies and even the council and JOBCENTRE, told my birth certificate, that is the only one my parents were issued with 42yrs ago isn’t correct. They can shove their jobs where only toilet paper can see!!! So walked out of there after a wasted journey. What a bunch of idiots!!!!
