Nate and Erin have raised the bar when in comes to computer support for the non-technical computer user in Door County. Everyone has become accustomed to the service that major companies like Amazon and FedEx deliver to their customers. Well, I can only say that Nate and his staff are right up there with the biggest and best service providers of them all. I brought my Windows 10 PC into Quantum, as a last resort to junking it, to see if it could be repaired. Well, much to my surprise, Nate jumped right into the mess, diagnosed the problem, gave me a reasonable quote to fix it, completed the backup and repair overnight and returned a virtually new, faster computer to me the next day. As a retired businessman, who had an Information Technology (IT) department to support all of my computer needs at work for my entire career, I have finally found my IT department, right here in Door County, to support my computer needs in retirement.Thank you, Nate.
