I posted a review on this agency, but it seems to have been removed. I registered with Quantum and met with Morgan and I got No job from them. I was asked to send in some information after the initial interview and I never heard back. I called / emailed several times to Morgan and other recruiters at this location and Never heard anything back. I was open to even entry level positions, still Nothing. Very disappointed with this agency.

So far I'm very pleased with Quantum services. I'm very pleased with my contract placement at the moment and found Erum and Morgan to be prompt with responding to all my questions and concerns. Erum and Rona has been very accommodating and approachable in assisting me in my job searches. I would highly recommend their services.

Quantum is by far the best recruiting agency I have worked with in my job search journey. They're very responsive and I feel like they genuinely care about helping me find the perfect fit for my next employer. I'm lucky to have Odhran working with me. He is always communicating with me with potential opportunities. I know in my gut that I will find the perfect opportunity for me very soon thanks to Quantum and Odhran.

Odhran Byrne, my representative, was extremely knowledgeable and proactive in arranging interviews for me. He worked very hard on my behalf to make sure I got the job I desperately wanted. I got the job, and I absolutely love it. Thank you Odhran for a job well done! It was a pleasure working with you and the Quantum Toronto Team. I recently moved to Toronto and I was extremely fortunate to have been approached by the Quantum team via Linkedin. Namratha Siyal and Jacqueline Baker both are absolutely incredible! They were extremely proactive in arranging interviews, and providing me with relevant resources and information in order to prepare for my interviews. Moreover, they made sure that they were supportive through out the job finding process. They made sure my questions and concerns regarding the employee contract was promptly addressed. Jacqueline especially went above and beyond; she emailed me the morning of my interview to wish me luck and called me right after my interview to make sure that everything went well. Thanks to their efforts I was employed within a week at an amazing fortune 500 company with a 12 month contract. I shall forever be grateful to both of them and I would highly recommend working with them!

Working with Melissa from Quantum was a pleasure. She was immediate in setting up an interview for exactly what I described as my ideal position. She was a great help during the interview process and was professional and friendly to work with. I couldn't recommend Quantum more if you want the job/career you are looking for.

If I could give more stars I would. Moved to Toronto from Ireland in June and wasn't getting anywhere with applying online etc. Reached out to Quantum and met with JoAn and Morgan. I worked with other agencies within Toronto but the team sat me down and were very honest. Went through my resume and my interests/dislikes for jobs. Within the month Morgan had contacted me with an interview in a prestigious financial firm. Passed all rounds of the interview with their expert tips. Received a two month contract which just ended. I was successful in getting a full time role within the team I worked with and this has set me up on a great career path. I cant thank JoAn and Morgan enough!

Upon my return to Toronto several years ago, I was very lucky to have met with Morgan at the University Avenue office. I immediately got the feeling that, unlike at other recruitment agencies I'd visited, my career ambitions were carefully being considered - his approach to finding me interviews was targeted and tailored to my needs. Furthermore, he found a great and successful fit for me in a very short period of time. The exact same can be said of my most recent experience with Quantum - a highly suitable position was found quickly and Morgan and his staff are consistently quick and resourceful when dealing with whatever queries and requests I might have. My association with Quantum is one I feel very fortunate to have!
