I have to say the staff are very dedicated to the employees to get the job but not to help keep the job . I’m disabled and was treated poorly and was fired without a solid reason why by a 3rd party. They can’t help you if you get let go and have difficulty with follow through for investigating . Jesse was my recruiter and was so helpful during the whole process above and beyond. I still recommend them as an agency just be careful with the 3rd parties

I just graduated as an engineer and I wanted to reach out to employment agencies to begin my job search. QualStaff is amazing, specifically Jesse Lafferty. Within a couple day, I was on-site having an interview with her. I then kept up with Jesse about new postings that came up on the Qualstaff website that I was interested in and she would submit my resume in a package to the recruiters. Eventually, she landed me my first job out of college! What really shines is the service. Qualstaff truly cares about you and working with you to reach your goals. You're not just another body for them to process. I recommend this employment agency to anyone, and I especially recommend Jesse Lafferty.

Qualstaff was my 3rd recruiting agency I've dealt with in the past 3 months. Of the 3, Qualstaff was far superior. I was fortunate enough to work with Oliver O'Loughlin. He kept me up to date on openings and promptly answered my questions when asked. He offered great advice and information on the company I interviewed for which lead to my job placement. I'm very happy at the company I'm at and it wouldn't have been possible without Oliver O'Loughlin and the Qualstaff staff.
