Feedback:

Jon and his crew did a great job with my screens and knocked out the work in a fair amount of time. He was responsive when I called him, he was reliable, and his staff made sure that the work was done well. Jon is definitely a character, so if you aren't a person that takes themselves too seriously you will get past his direct manner to find a very solid business person with a good personality.

Really happy with the work Jon did. I called him Monday and agreed he to come anytime in the next week (I was flexible) showed up the next day took a look and came back the night morning with the new screen panel and had it installed to my surprise before I woke up. Really friendly and fair pricing and my go-to guy from now on.

If you want the work done right then you have to hire them. Very professional and they stand by the quality of their work. Been in business for over 25 years too!!

This guy Jon (owner) was supposed to be at my home yesterday morning to detach my screen from fascia (never heard from him) and then again today. Never showed up, never called. When we spoke, he clearly had no intentions of showing up or letting me know. I should've expected as much when he asked me to call him a day before the job to "remind him" upon scheduling. That was the first red flag. "I'm working on my own home right now", he says, making it clear his priorities are elsewhere. Needless to say, I did remind him first thing Monday morning and never heard back. Upon speaking this afternoon, Jon sloppily tried to blame his absence on the potential of bad weather. Now, while I'd love to include a snapshot of the next five days' weather report, yelp does not allow this. "Where did you hear about bad weather, I looked it up" I asked. His response, "I DUNNO YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT THE WEATHER IS GONNA BE BUT OKAY ^&*% IT IF IT FALLS IT'S YOUR FAULT". You could tell he was just busy with other things.Now it's the day before a large fascia replacement job and I've had to postpone the whole thing (which involves another company/contract/money) after the owner of the business (Jon Wilke) screamed at me through the phone, and told me that if my screen enclosure collapses, it's not his fault. He was literally yelling on the phone and hung up while ON his way to my home. Talk about scary business tactics. After standing there in shock for a few minutes, I called Jon back and told him where to shove it. I would definitely never recommend this guy for ANYTHING. Use a real screen company, not a one-man operation who can't handle speaking to their clients with an ounce of respect.
