Linda has helped me personally. Her staff is great. These people helped me out big time, don't buy into bad reviews. The service that's provided is great, I got several good jobs from here. They got me out on interviews. They are here to foster you into a position you fit for.

Did not like the way I was spoken to and was disrespected. I was given one job lead and was told that was my only option due to my work experience. Thankfully I found a job on my own that pays way more than the ONE job lead.

I just called about a position that was on Indeed that came to me for a match . I called to get more information and left details on the posting ,I guess with the receptionist because she said everyone was on a call . I did get a call back and the person said I 'm returning your call and I was explaining the position and she say's I don't know what you're talking about very rudely , and I laughed at her and said let me read it to you then. Now she say's oh,that position if filled . After reading the reviews I definitely wouldn't even waste my time with them !

I would not recommend this staffing agency to anyone who is looking for temp work. After I completed an assignment with them, they mailed me a rude, insulting letter in the mail. I was shocked to receive this. Apparently they've done this to other temps and I'm not the only one. However, I have never experienced this from any other staffing agency I've worked with. Also be aware that you do not have to sign anything you don't agree with. It should be a huge red flag when an employer tries to get you to sign something after you no longer work for them.

The reviews are true. I’ve been playing phone tag for a job for a full 30 days. Don’t waste your time here people. I initially came in and did some test to where they positioned me for a job which I had no experience in. But I didn’t complain because my test scores passed and the pay was good. They eventually said the company was relocating from McKinney to Pilot Point (at set date) I guess to discourage me and look else where for a job. But long story short the company never relocated. I’m to believe they practice these lies just to sit in their chairs all day and do no actual real work. When I couldn’t reach the recruiter I was trying to work with. I spoke to the woman in charge and she said she couldn’t understand why they’d place me in a job I had no experience in and removed me from it and said to call AGAIN. After a full 30 days. Still nothing. Waste of complete time.

This staffing agency is horrible! All the experience I have (ex... school/work experience) & they wanted to send me to a job that paid $8/hr! Once I refused that job, they sent me to another job. However, when I went to pick up my check (YES! PICKED IT UP! DON'T EVEN PROVIDE DIRECT DEPOSIT!), they gave me a check for $20.01! YES! $20.01! How do you fix your hand to write a check for $20.01?! Then when I informed them of "THEIR" mistake, they had the nerve to say, "oh I'm sorry. We forgot to put all your time in." YOU THINK?! But yet they told me I had to wait "5" whole days for "MY" money from "THEIR" mistake! SMDH!!!! They gets "0" stars from me!!!! So I went to deposit my checks that "Quality" f'd up & the teller at the window politely told me that they dated the check for "2" days AFTER they told me it'd be ready! Smdh....she deposited any way, but stated she couldn't do it in the future. I explained to her how they did me & told her it wouldn't happen again b/c that was my LAST time dealing w/these folk!!!!

RUN, RUN, RUN. I went to Quality Personnel hoping for a good job. They placed me at a job then pulled me from the job to send me to another job then another job. They told me that they wanted to get the best job for me. I wanted a job that I would be able to stay at but they placed me at one job then to another (that were not temp jobs). It was frustrating for me; not sure how the employer felt about it. QP would tell me not to contact the employer so that QP would not lose the employer. There is no telling what QP was telling these employers. The staff is very critical of the employers then blame you for not staying with the jobs they place you at. Then, they wanted you to fill out a survey giving them a great review before they would place you. It was a crazy experience. I will never go back.
