Management is extremely unprofessional and disorganized . The outrageous turn over rate goes to support the statement . They do not at all care about the employees as they send them to facilities that turn around and send as many as 15 employees home for lack of work. Meanwhile your still responsible for reporting in during shutdowns to places like magna even after being told u wouldn’t be needed for the rest of the week. The time you spend waiting in the cafe to be placed or be sent home u are not paid for and the gas u spent to travel to work is not covered . On top of all of this I was injured on the job and was told it was policy to write me up. I knew this was a lie as I read the handbook front to back and when asking my supervisor to supply me with the policy in writhing as shown in the handbook he and the head of the quality building in bowling green both admitted my supervisor had lied . It was no policy and I as a worker and employee was lied to . Nothing was done about this an if I was smart I would have kept quiet taken my write up and went the law suit route . I highly advise before ever speaking to anyone from this company to contact aerotek or crown for employment opportunities .
