I read the reviews and was skeptical about delivering to the facility, but the reviews were 100% correct. I arrived at 1:44am for a 2:00am and was put straight into a loading dock. I checked back in to 6:30am and asked if I was unloaded. I was told that they hadn't even started. I checked back in at 8:30am and was told that they wasn't finished and didn't know how long it would take. The woman in the office is clueless about the trucking industry and don't care about the drivers. I didn't leave the facility until 9:50am. I don't ever plan to deliver to this facility ever again. I would give them a negative rating if I could.

This place has no respect for drivers, I got there at 7:30am for 8:00am appointment. The lady at front desk talking about go to truck stop and we gonna call you. I decided to stay there and they gave me a door at 9:30am waited two hours for someone to come and cut the seal and then two more hours to get unloaded. Now I missed my other load. First time and last time here smh

11 hours to unload me. You cannot check in until 10 min until you app. Time. My app. Time was 10 am got there 930 am did not take off until 830 pm. The restroom is a portable restroom outside. Never coming here again. It cost me a load and money.

Terrible place to deliver to. Had a 1am appt got there the day before about 8:30am... on customer notes it say I could sleep there. I was told I had to leave and come back at my appt time when I got there. I came back 1am and waited a whole hr outside the receiver door trying to check in. Then sat at the dock door for 7 hrs waiting on them to unload my 3 pallets I had . Never went to go to this place again .

Even if you have an appointment they will ask you to go to a truck stop and wait for a call to get unloaded. This place does not care what time your appointment is, they are way more worried about loading and unloading their trucks. If you have the choice, it would benefit you if you don't deliver here. I've been to many places that are slow, but this place is one for the books. They need to start firing some folks and get new employees that can do the job because the ones they have here aren't cutting it. WORST PLACE EVER!!!!! Not sure how they're even in business.

Managers do not care about the company, supervisors, drivers or the law. They are wrong for so many reasons on so many levels. There is lack of training, teamwork, communication, consistency, experience and respect. Drivers run all over managers and supervisors. They need drivers so this is acceptable. Warehouse employees are immature, lazy and are not disciplined enough. Loads are never on time. Equipment is garbage and unsafe. No one cares. There’s no structure and apparently no one in charge. They do have excellent pay and benefits but I’d rather have peace, good health and zero stress.
