I've been calling for a month with a question about COBRA insurance continuation and no one ever answers the phone.

The company I work for is 1 of their clients. We just switched to QBS for payroll as of 1/1/18 and it has been the worst experince ever. They screwed up payroll so bad. In my 3 years of working for my company, I have never experienced this with payroll. The did not have the direct deposits set. Some people had paper checks which half went to the main office and others were mailed to employees. I had to wait until almost 6pm on my payday to get paid by paper check when I have direct deposit set up. My company had no answers for us because they had no legit answers from QBS. QBS assured my employer payroll would be on time and correct when the company first switched. Their website is mediocre. They do not even have my information correct. I still only see 1 paystub from a pay period that I received 2 separate checks so thank goodness I have the stubs from those paper checks. They dont even have a technical support for the employee self service website. No contact us section or telephone number. I pray this payday(friday 1/26) there are no issues but im not going to hold my breath. They are the worst payroll company ever!!!2/5/19 Happy to say the company I work for has gotten rid of QBS.....They are not a good payroll solution.....the screwed up quite a bit throughout the year my company used them...but that is probably because the owner was more focused on running for Lt. Governor than making sure her clients were being serviced properly.....good thing she lost because if you cant run a company properly how can you help run the government.....

I have worked closely with QBS for over 4 years and they truly care about their employees and clients. It is refreshing to see a company who so authentically cares about individual team members and client growth and success.

My girlfriend worked for this lousy company for 4 years, no raise, they don't care about their employees, so if you want to keep same pay forever and be treated like a number, apply now. If not fast food is better than this place.just
