I have been working with Pyle and Associates for several of years and they are one of the best. They are very professional and treat you as if you're their only client. With the new tax reform, they continuously keep me updated and inform me on thing that will directly effect me. I would strongly recommend working with Doug and his team to anyone!

I’m in another state, but need CPA services in Ames. I didn’t want to Google some random CPA, so I talked to someone who recommended this company to me.First, I attempted to contact them by email via their website. After about a week of not hearing from them, I emailed again. When I still hadn't heard from them in a couple more days, I called.I told them the type of CPA service I was looking for. They checked into it, got back to me, and told me they were unable to fit me into their schedule. I had no problem with that.What I DID have a problem with (in addition to the lack of response to my email inquiries) was that when I asked the person I was talking to to recommend another CPA, I was told to Google it. Even after I explained that I wanted an actual recommendation, not just some Google results, I was still told to Google it.In my opinion, this was all around poor customer service. It shouldn’t have been too much to ask to get a timely email reply, even if it was to say “we’re busy, we’ll get back to you next week.” Neither should it have been too much to ask to provide the name of an alternative company to help me since they couldn’t.
