Argumentive unknowledgable Old bags at front need to be fired. County scrapes the bottom of the barrel for these employees.

They never answer the phone. I just went through a house fire and lost every thing including my fur baby rosie. And i asked them (dss) for help with food coolong amything. They have done absolutly nothing for me and my family. Lost everything amd cant even get a fan from them let alone something to eat. Or help finding a new place to live. What a disgrace
