Incorrectly filed returns for multiple years resulting in reduced refunds. When client provided correct procedure was too busy to file amended returns, and after 8 months still had not done them. Now offers to file amended returns, but feels refund of any portion of preparation fees is ridiculous. Poor service provided and no customer service skills.
