Unfortunately my partner and I were misled. We tried to rectify the situation but our phone calls and emails are not being answered over the last 3 weeks. It’s very sad as combined we invested $1000 to have our taxes done and Ms. Gloria didn’t complete the things that she said she would. The situation is disheartening and we thought we were forming a long term relationship. I’d suggest you get all terms and agreements in writing (don’t settle for verbal get an itemized invoice). Otherwise she may leave you high and dry after you pay.
