'Inconspicuous' can be a likely trait in a good bookkeeping service, because little stymies an entrepreneur or manager like having to spend time on correcting bookkeeping. I've had a few bookkeepers in twelve years of running my own business, and I'd say that Proledge tended to be more slapdash than the others. I often found errors of categorization or obvious problems that would have been caught by a cursory review of our P&L and Balance sheet. Therefore, I find their purported account management quality review to be specious. And, since one pays quite a bit extra for that, I find them to offer poor overall value. I tolerated them for three years, and eventually they assigned a new account manager, but the quality issues continued. I'd also concur with some comments in the review by Kim Leon, particularly 1) about the surprising lack of interest from Patrick to correct the issues that I faced, especially given how long I had been a customer and 2) how you will get charged $69 per hour for someone to research and correct mistakes that Proledge made
