I was referred to ProLedge and I believe I have been a client for close to 7 years. The team is very knowledgeable. It is very helpful to me that they have a solid team because that assures me that when I need assistance, someone from the team always steps up to assist me with whatever I need pertaining to my company's financials. I have worked with Ginger, who is a gem, and now I working with Robin who is exemplary. Due to a new Strategic Plan, I have needed various reports right away, some that need updating,. She responded promptly and sent me the reports either the same day or the next day. I am very thankful to her for making those extra efforts when I know that she has other clients--I appreciate her above and beyond customer service. Oh yes, and Patrick is promptly response as well and helpful with answering any questions that I might need immediately when Robin might be assisting her other clients.
