Incorrect Background Information supplied to potential volunteer organization. I have had 2 background checks done previously, one in 2011 and another in May, 2016. Both have been clean with correct information. I supplied my personal info to Proforma, through Ronald McDonald House of Milwaukee, and my report came back with another woman's name on it. I cannot get Proforma to explain why their report is incorrect. They tell me they are asking their information provider. So, who is doing the work; Proforma or another organization? This is incredibly disturbing. I have notified Ronald McDonald House of this problem and suggest they check their other volunteers for correct background clearance.
