Garbage check in procedure for transportation pickups. Must answer their questions right at check in each time, even if you answer 1 wrong you'll be banned from facility for 24hours. I've picked up numerous loads here and have been driving for 15+ years but they don't care. Also if you're late even by 30 mins, they will refuse to load you and you'll have to go through loops to rebook that appointment. They need a better system or a one time test, but it's just pathetic right now.
