Owner has done family taxes for over 10 years. Recently had an issue with 2014 taxes and Dormel would not communicate regarding the issues. She entered information that was not provided to her and I was fined $600. When trying to get to the bottom I'm the issues she goes silent once I inform her of what the state revenue informed me. Every penny I paid back was due to preparer error!!!!! WATCH HER AND WHAT SHE ENTERS, GO OVER EVERY SINGLE LINE!!! DON'T ASSUME SHE IS DOING AS YOU ARE PAYING HER TO DO!!! I DID AND LOOK WHAT HAPPENED! SHE DODGED ME AND I WAS LEFT PAYING BACK MONEY I SHOULD STILL HAVE RIGHT NOW!! SAD NOT TO BE ABLE TO SUPPORT YOUR OWN!
