It has been 2 weeks since we've switched bank account information and since then we have not been able to receive our settlements. They told us 24-48hours to update the information but they'll try to do a rush. First, they sent the funds a week later but with the wrong routing number (they didn't ask us or our banker for it but, they called the "teller" to get the routing number). Although it was their mistakes, we had to wait for the funds to go back. The funds finally went back and we were told a wire transfer would go into our account but they refused to provide us with a confirmation number. Since our first review and as of current, over $10k in funds still being withheld and all we've been getting is the run around. We were a loyal customer for nearly 4 years and we never expected this to happen to us. We are extremely disappointed because we really do love doing business with local small businesses. While we are waiting to be funded, we switched to a new merchant that got us funded within 1 day! Yes, we've already been funded from the new Merchant, but unable to get our receivable from Priority since January 10th to current.We understand the different parties involved, but this is the worst experience ever! I hope this never happens to another small business.
