Feedback:

SMH people don't like to do their jobs. Who gets overwhelmed receiving messages for employees who are looking for shifts....when that's they job?? People are so inconsiderate and unprofessional, if it's not about their job or check....they can care less.

Feedback:

Emma my recruiter was super awesome and professional. This is my first time working with an agency and especially living in a different state from the agency I was a little skeptical....but Emma and her team was able to reassure me that I was in good hands and this was a legit job staffing agency. I received answers to my questions promptly and they made sure I was happy with my position once I got placed. Great pay! Helpful team! I will definitely continue working for Pride Health and is definitely going to recommend them to others. Thank you Emma and Kelli.

Feedback:

The Assignment Pride Health assigned to me was in my professional field the pay was good, and the company hired me full time with all benefits. I'm still working with Harlem United. So I want to say thank you for the opportunity to get back in the work force.

Feedback:

I wouldn't refer this company to my worst enemy. Not only is it a long process before you start working when you actually work they don't pay you. Back in March I started working for them till this day I haven't been paid. Every time I reach out to someone they say the will get back to me and it never happen. I don't regret working with the clients tho it's a stressful job at time I love being able to help someone who can't help themselves. But pride health are users they give you hours but no pay. I had a 3-11 shift taking the train from Jersey to Bronx everyday and I don't get home till close to 2 am and when I started working for them I was using the last $100 I had in my account for public transportation and food but till this day they haven't paid me for the time I've worked. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECCOMEND Pride health.

Feedback:

My initial experience with Pride Health recruiter Nicole Mata was benign. She reached out to me via email looking to hire a speech-language pathologist for a summer position in Brooklyn, N.Y. After exchanging several emails, I called Ms. Mata, as I thought it would be more effective to have an actual conversation instead of continuing to exchanging multiple emails. When I called i was not greeted with what one would think a normative business greeting would be. She literally answered the phone and said, "Yea hello?" I asked to speak to Nicole Mata. She responds in kind, "Yea this is Nicole." I proceed to introduce myself and why I was calling. She sounds rushed and bothered so I ask her if she needs a minute and would like to call me back. She says yes, I offer my phone number (she doesn't ask for it), and she then says she will call me back. When she does call back she says "hello" and then nothing else (dead silence). I then say to her that I thought it would be best if we spoke about the position and it's nuances rather than exchange emails. She replied, "well what do you want to know, the email is pretty self-explanatory." I said to her, "Actually it isn't. Shouldn't you be leading this conversation since you are the recruiter?" Your email lacks information about your company, it lacks information about the service population, and it lacks information about your on-boarding process..." At this point she cuts me off, and begins a response with a nasty tone. I immediately stop her and say you know what let's end this conversation because you are totally rude and unprofessional and that isn't going to work for me. Her final words were "Great! Bye!" Unfortunately, I will never know if Pride Health is a great or even good company because it's employee Nicole Mata definitely tainted any positive view point I had or will ever had. I've already passed the word about my exchange on to several clinician contacts and intend to continue to spread the word. I'm sure whoever the client is would be disappointed in knowing how it is being represented to therapists. It is even more disappointing to know that Pride Health takes pride in having Ms. Mata represent the company.

Feedback:

Horrible! I work as a CNA through Pride Health. It started off good but their payroll department is terrible. First I was missing 15 hours on a check, then I didn't get a check because they didn't send it off so I had to wait until the following week to get it then I was missing another check so I put in for direct deposit. When they direct deposited my check i was missing over two hundred dollars I am currently going through with them trying to figure out where my money is. I wouldn't recommend Pride Health to anybody I have already issues my two weeks notice and just got hired on with a different agency. Let me also add that they never gave me a drug screening or anything I filled out an app online one day and was working the next I should've knew something then. I've never been face to face with a recruiter or any of Pride Health staff I communicate with them by phone and email
