This is a terrible financial company! The payroll department must have empty headed twits processing paperwork. Travel logs were put in 11 days before payday and on the 9th day they were just beginning to process the paperwork! The workers rely on that money to pay bills and they don't care. It's incredibly difficult to reach anyone and when you are able to reach someone you get the run around. I do not recommend this company to anyone who expects to be paid on time!

The need to update things online. There is no info on how to get an copy Of your paystub on line. If you change things you must update also.

Really like the global cash card option. I can see and monitor my pay stubs each payroll. An issue was noticed with regard to FICA withholding of parental wages and they were prompt and professional when it wad brought to their attention. Mistakes can happen, the measure then, is accepting ownership for the mistake and fixing the problem. I highly recommend them as an FEA in the Wisconsin IRIS Program.

These people have NO clue what they are doing in the payroll department. Didn't take FICA out of my check for FOUR months, then decide to take it out all at once, with NO warning!!! Did NOT bother to send an explanation letter, or notice my check would only be a third of what was normal. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!
