I applied exactly a week ago. I was told to call Monday to get an update, no answer. I called today and still no answer. Left a couple voice-messages...

Had to wait 4 weeks to receive my first check then didn’t even get them on Friday had to go up there every Friday to get paid Saturday then my last week there they told me I can’t get my overtime pay til next Friday and they never answer the phone and I still haven’t got my overtime pay

Terrible. They couldn’t tell me much about a job I came in to inquire about. They seem very disorganized. I was not prepared to fill out all computer paperwork (didn't know I'd being doing that and they didn't mention it on the phone), so I did not have my checking info for direct deposit. They had me submit it anyway and said I would get paid on some card (which is not the method I’d prefer). They also said I needed to come back with an updated resume to include a job from like 20 years ago to reflect a position I was interested in now on third shift. Nothing about emailing or faxing the updated resume, which would have been more convenient. I don’t have time for another walk in as I work during the day. The job I was inquiring about was basic entry level low pay and nothing about prior experience was in the job description. The whole place was a waste of time for me – I left. The place is mess, they are rude, and don’t seem like they really know what they are doing or care at that branch. I should have went to the Aurora branch instead. It is a shame so many companies prefer to go through staffing agencies rather than direct hire anymore. As the years go by, there are less and less jobs in Illinois. And for a staffing agency (this Cresthill branch), that does not provide adequate services and information makes matters worse. The job market is bad in this state and that is scary. Literally 20 years ago, there were jobs everywhere on a variety of shifts, direct hire from real companies... those opportunities are gone today.

I worked at a packing company in Minooka IL. Everything was running smoothly until my hands start hurting from the boxes because they didnt have any glove to fit my hands. I asked one of the lead if it okay if i can leave because my hands hurts. The lady said yes but let the worker in the from know you leaving and i said okay. Got to the front didnt know who's to talk to so i left and told myself im going to call premier and let them know why i left. But after all ut skip my mind. So i get a call from them at 2:30 today they tells me that the people at the company told them i was been rude and i walked off the line. Im like who said that and The lady like that what it says and the computer. Im piss because i wasn't never rude or disrespectful to no worker the lady and i had a whole conversation and she said it was okay for me to leave. I dont appreciate people lying on me just to make themselves look good. That why i don't work for temp because it all a setup to failure.

Horrible staff. Andrea Sanchez the onsite for Express packaging. Offered me a job as q.c. and then not only gave me the wrong pickup location but then when i actually got to the place told me they overstaffed for the qc position and to come back tomorrow. Came back the next day the told me to come back Monday called Monday then Andrea claimed there was no work that week. She put me on a run around for now the second week in which i stopped two other job offers to accept this one. Then of all the disrespectful things she offered me a temp fill in for 10 dollars a hour 4.50 less per hour than what I was promised and a lesser position. This is by far a horrible company hence the other reviews and ratings. What's worse is there is no management accountability. No one knows who is the manager or who runs the company. Its a pgone circus ring calling to people that dont reply or answer calls.
