My initial contact with Precision Staffing was a bit of surprise. At first, I didn't get any response back from leaving voicemails and sending an email. However, their Account Manager circled back with me eventually - which was encouraging. She asked me to come to the offices to meet in-person. We had great dialogue and she committed to doing what she could to assist my job search. She also gave me really good advice that works here in Lexington: go to places of interest, with resume in hand and inquire about the job in-person. I followed her advice. Now, I'm patiently waiting for something great to come forward soon!

Bait & SwitchTheir website and indeed posting is fake advertisement I went in and they had zero jobs to offer by the end ,this is after they tried to sale me another job after I requested the posted one,he acted confused then told me it was already filled when they have advertised so much for this particular job. I won't be going back.

THE MOST WORST STAFFING ANENCY EVER IN THE UNIVERSE :It has been almost four month, I have applied there for a job. At that time, I was interview and told to get a call from them within a week. But I never got a call from them, instead I called them 4/5 times in the last four months and every time they promised me that I would get call after review for the available position. I wish I can give them trillions of negative stars in " Rate and Review". I am still waiting call from them and for every month, I will write one more review. I do not recommend anybody to go there because they just waste your time and gas. If you wanna how much they are rude, just call them, hardly they pick up the phone and when they pick up the phone, they start to yell to you.

One of the best staffing agencies I've ever worked with! They are professional and genuinely care about their clients' and candidates' needs. They have access to positions in Lexington that are not normally advertised, so they were able to place me at my dream job in Lexington that I never would've found without Bethaney's help. I'm so grateful, I wish I could give them 100 stars!

I like everything about this staffing service, from the receptionist and the overall classy decor, the intake process let's you know they actually take a whole other approach by getting to know you and what your interests are unlike any other staffing agency i have been to, Mr Kyle O'Daniel is very professional and follows thru with you and actually knows who you are by the next time you return, what a great overall experience!

They hired me for the scentsy factory. After my 1st day, the black man that’s the supervisor on 2nd shift had a thing for me. I spoke to precision about it and nothing was done nor was I placed anywhere else. Then 3rd day I had the same issue. The supervisor was watching me as if he had a thing for me and after he approached me and told me and I turned him down. He wanted me gone. I sooke to precision about this again. Even had temp workers and permanent employees coming back and telling me they’ve never seen him act this way toward anyone and that they would vouch for me. I also told precision and they just let it go. By Thursday I had had enough and he ended up arguing with me about my time on breaks which we clocked out for so he was trying to make any excuse. I tried to discuss with him about his issues with me and then he said I’m letting u go. Precision did nothing and even shorted my check

Friendly people who will help you find a job. However if you don't do well with the first job don't expect their help again. Even if you wait months they will act like nothing is available when you clearly see positions on Indeed and their website.
