Kind people work here nothing against the customer service. Two star is because the markup on shipping (ups, fedex or usps) is outrageous! I mean insane! Learn from other’s mistakes and ship your products from an actual shipping company not a 3rd party. FYI - a half pound envelope cost $21 to ship I imagine if you have prepaid items it would be a free service to just drop off your packages.

They always overcharge....a small envelope with a book was going to be 7.99....at the post office it was only 2.89....i bought a stamp here and they charged me 60 cents...at the post office it is 49 cents....will never come again to this place.

I mailed a box on Dec 12th that contained my granddaughters Christmas presents. Today is January 10th & it's still not there. A week ago I called the USPS to find it. I found out I paid $80 for the box that would've only cost me $37 had I gone to the post office. I didn't question the amt as I've never mailed anything to Hawaii before. It was mailed ground which means by ship (I wasn't made aware) & that takes 3 to 5 weeks. I was told an expected arrival date couldn't be given, but should arrive by Xmas. I will never use this facility again!

This place is a joke. They charge more than double what the actual post office charges to ship boxes.
