Totally irresponsible PITCS consultancy is, how I am explaining: I need my last month payslip due to some purpose, as I didn't received my last month(July 2019) payslip from them yet, Employer should provide the payslip to their employees with in one day after the salary is credited but I didn't received, not an issue everyone have problem sometimes I can understand, but when I am mailing them regarding the same there is no response from them, after that I chat with them in facebook then they gave me a number and told to contact that particular person, after that I contacted that particular person and after that I got a response stating that there was a software issue so unable to process the payslip and I should receive the payslip by 19th evening or by 20th morning but still I didn't received the payslip and also I will not get easily any response from them if we mail them also, how many times should I mailed you all? Just think yourself are you doing right thing?

I had very bad experience in Pitcs ,they have offered me as a experience candidate and after 3 days they told no I can't consider your experience as experience ,beacuse I am not able as per her word.if you want to stay in this company start as fresher then I quit that day itself.After 1 day I had spoken with team lead he told background verification failed that's why we told this much to you .Without telling anything to me they did what they d want . different reason they told to me that day but the exact reason was different.It's a really very harsshmemt to me.Even only offer intend letter they gave.no official I'd no offer letter nothing .According to them my previous company was fraud but nothing like that due to then I left my previous organisation but now I m job lessIt's my humble request to you people pls don't believe blindly without offer letter please don't join and pls ask about offer letter.DON'T BELIEVE ON OFFER INTEND LETTER.

I would recommend this is one of the best consultant which i visited till now went on thursday for the interview, explained abt my requirments based on my previous experience they listed no. Of companies which works out according to me, they even explained abt criterias which made me to concentrate more on the interview and nailed the job in Good company..

I applied HR Recruiter job through a recruiter at their Bangalore Office. They taken 3 rounds of interview . In the first Round they asked me many interesting questions related to Education , Project , Goals ,My roles in the last company, and much more interesting questions . In next 2 rounds related to technical. Finally got offered and Going to join this company . Thanks PITCS.
